 On March 23, first weekend after completed a 28-day rehab program at Promises Malibu , 25 years old famous pop singer have little dancing and fun with friends. Britney attending a hip-hop dance class in North Hollywood on Friday night.

After dance , Britney Spears enjoyed a sushi dinner with two friends.

Britney entered the facility Feb. 22 , after incidents included shaving her head, getting tiny lips tattooed on her wrist and attack a car with an umbrella.

Treatment at rehab facility includes detoxication , counseling and 12-step programs, and price for a 30-day stay is approximately $48,000.

Britney Spears checked out of Promises Malibu Alcohol and Drug Rehab Treatment Facility ,completes program successfully on March 21. From that moment, army of paparazzi lie in wait around her house.

 Britney is bald now, but she wears long brown wig and hat.

On Friday evening Britney leave her house for hip-hop dance class in Millennium Dance Complex in North Hollywood. Britney was there with her assistant as well as two bodyguards.

According to “People” magazine report ,dance instructor Darrien Henning tells that Britney Spears arrived at the dance studio to take part in an advanced hip-hop lesson. Later she watch a master class from a VIP lounge.

Britney Spears leaves restaurant and go home

On Sunday evening  Britney visited dentist at  Century City Medical Plaza, for  a toothache. An hour after she arrived , Britney was seen leaving the hospital.
